1. ONLINE STORE TERMS & ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or residence in the Philippines (18 years of age), or that you are the age of majority and have given us your express consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property laws).

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Royalcee Premium or its content suppliers and is protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or duplication of any content is strictly prohibited.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), all personal information, contact numbers, and delivery addresses provided to Royalcee Premium will be securely processed, stored, and used solely for transaction fulfillment, customer service, and logistics execution.

4. PRICING AND PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In strict compliance with Article 81 of the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394), all products offered for sale online shall display a fixed retail price inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT), where applicable. We shall not charge a consumer a price higher than what is explicitly stated on the checkout page.

5. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT GATEWAYS AND LOGISTICS

To facilitate seamless transactions, Royalcee Premium utilizes authorized third-party payment channels (e.g., GCash, Maya, local credit/debit card processors) and independent courier services. We are not liable for any disruptions, delivery delays, or security breaches directly attributable to these independent third-party providers, though we will reasonably assist consumers in tracking and resolving delivery anomalies.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of the Philippines, saving the consumer's right to file administrative complaints before the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
