ROYALCEE PREMIUM – SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Royalcee Premium. We are committed to delivering your premium orders efficiently and transparently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed, tracked, and protected under Philippine laws.

1. ORDER PROCESSING AND CUT-OFF TIMES

All orders are subject to a processing validation period before shipment. Processing includes verification of payment accuracy and physical quality checks of the item.

  • Processing Timeline: Standard processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or official Philippine national holidays will be processed on the next succeeding business day.

  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM will enter the processing cycle the following business day.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

Royalcee Premium ships nationwide across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensional volume, and delivery destination. In strict compliance with the Price Tag Law (R.A. 7394), all delivery fees displayed at the final checkout screen are transparent and definitive; no hidden surcharges will be applied post-purchase.

We partner with leading, DTI-registered third-party courier services (such as J&T Express, LBC, and Ninja Van) to fulfill deliveries. Estimated timelines are as follows:

  • Greater Metro Manila (NCR): 2 to 4 business days

  • Rest of Luzon: 3 to 6 business days

  • Visayas: 5 to 8 business days

  • Mindanao and Island Provinces: 7 to 12 business days

Note: Delays resulting from catastrophic weather events (e.g., typhoons), mandatory local community closures, or major national transport disruptions are considered Force Majeure, and consumers will be updated promptly on new delivery windows.

3. ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY TRANSPARENCY

Pursuant to the digital consumer rights established under the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (R.A. 8792), Royalcee Premium guarantees full verification and tracking access for all transactions:

  • Upon dispatch from our fulfillment hub, a Shipping Confirmation email or SMS will be automatically transmitted to the contact details you provided.

  • This notification will contain your unique Courier Tracking Number and a direct hyperlink to the courier's real-time digital tracking engine.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AND PAYMENT VALIDATION

To provide maximum financial convenience to Filipino consumers, we support Cash on Delivery (COD) alongside pre-paid methods (GCash, Maya, Credit/Debit cards).

  • COD Obligations: For COD transactions, customers are legally obligated to prepare the exact monetary amount or arrange for an authorized representative to clear the payment upon physical arrival of the courier.

  • Refusal of Delivery: Repeated, malicious, or ungrounded refusal to accept legitimate COD orders constitutes a breach of the digital transaction agreement and may result in the permanent suspension of your account eligibility on Royalcee Premium.

5. DELIVERY FAILURES AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Our courier partners will attempt delivery a maximum of two (2) times. If a delivery fails due to the recipient being unreachable, an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or the refusal of entry by property security:

  • The parcel will be returned to the Royalcee Premium distribution hub.

  • The customer will be notified via email or phone. To trigger a re-shipping attempt, the customer will be required to shoulder the secondary logistical shipping fee, except in cases where the delivery failure was directly due to store or courier error.

6. RISK OF LOSS AND PROOF OF DELIVERY

In accordance with standard trade provisions and e-commerce guidelines in the Philippines, the risk of loss and title for merchandise transfers to the consumer upon physical delivery to the specified address.

  • Proof of Delivery (POD): A digital signature, photographic capture of the package at your threshold by the courier, or physical signature collected by the courier agent constitutes legally binding Proof of Delivery.

  • Unboxing Video Recommendation: To ensure consumer safety and streamline potential replacement disputes under our Refund Policy, customers are strongly encouraged to film an uninterrupted, complete unboxing video upon receiving the package. This serves as objective evidence of any missing components or transit damages.

7. DATA PRIVACY IN LOGISTICS HANDLING

In strict alignment with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), Royalcee Premium limits data sharing with third-party logistics networks to the absolute minimum required information (Full Name, Delivery Address, and Contact Number). Our courier partners are bound by confidentiality clauses and are legally forbidden from utilizing your personal contact numbers or addresses for any purpose other than localized order fulfillment.
