3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND PROTECTION

This includes local telecommunication network outages, systemic service drops from authorized payment processors (e.g., GCash, Maya, local banking networks), or logistical constraints suffered by third-party delivery couriers.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND LEGAL VENUE
This Legal Notice shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any litigation, administrative petition, or dispute resolution arising out of the use of this digital platform shall be submitted under the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Tarlac City, Tarlac, Philippines, without prejudice to a consumer's statutory right to file administrative grievances before the DTI Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau.
